About the circuit
View circuit pageSince 1960 and over the years, the Nogaro circuit (also called Circuit Paul Armagnac in honor of the Gers racing driver who died in 1962 at Montlhéry during the Paris 1000 km) has become a reference motorsport circuit located in the heart of the Gers department, a little over an hour from Toulouse and Bordeaux and about forty minutes from Pau. Nogaro traditionally hosts the start of the French Grand Touring Championship as well as other major automobile championships during the Easter weekend. A layout renowned for the technicality of its corners, the length of its straight, the very selective sections and the quality of its surface, the Nogaro circuit is synonymous with pure driving pleasure. The main track can be 'divided' into three different layouts. (Wikipedia)
