By accessing RACETO.DAY, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. Creating an account via Discord or Google constitutes full acceptance of these terms and our Privacy Policy.

RACETO.DAY is a European automotive event aggregator platform that provides:

• •Search, filter, and map-based discovery of upcoming events
• •User accounts with profiles, favorites, attendance tracking, and saved searches
• •Group planning features for teams to propose and vote on events
• •Push notifications for saved search matches and group activity
• •Weather forecasts for event locations
• •A community map showing members and their approximate locations
• •Vehicle build profiles to share your track car with the community
• •A community feed where members post personal updates, share build journals and group posts, with comments, likes, and photo attachments

3. User Accounts

Account creation requires authentication via Discord or Google. You agree to:

• •Provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date
• •Not share your account or allow unauthorized access
• •Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• •Upload content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
• •Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
• •Interfere with the platform's operation, security, or availability

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you create — profile information, vehicle build profiles and timeline entries, build photo galleries, build discussion comments, personal posts, group posts and proposals, comments (with optional image attachments), and likes. By posting content, you grant RACETO.DAY a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

RACETO.DAY redirects you to organizer websites for booking. We are not a party to any transaction between you and the organizer. All bookings, payments, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the organizer's terms. We are not responsible for any issues arising from transactions with organizers.

8. Intellectual Property

The RACETO.DAY name and logo are the property of WKLEIN. The platform is built with open-source technologies. Event data is aggregated from public sources and provided for informational purposes. You are free to share links to the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WKLEIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which is zero, as the service is free).

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, abusive behavior, or any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and request account deletion.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Versailles, France, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence provide otherwise.
