About the circuit
View circuit pageInaugurated in summer 1975, the Folembray circuit is located in the Aisne department, 1 hour from Reims and 1 hour 45 minutes from Paris. The Folembray circuit offers a wide variety of corners (uphill hairpin, chicane, wide curve) on a layout just over 2,000 meters, featuring two relatively fast sections, one with an uphill gradient and the other - in the opposite direction - with a downhill gradient. Regarding safety, the Folembray circuit has numerous run-off areas despite the presence of a forest surrounding the circuit. The circuit is equipped with 4 four-color lights and 15 surveillance cameras installed around the site. Les journées GTI ont fait la réputation du Circuit de Folembray. Tout d'abord parce qu'il s'agit du premier circuit automobile à avoir ouvert ses portes à tous ces passionnés qui n'avaient que les parkings de supermarchés et les zones industrielles pour connaître les limites de leurs voitures, mais aussi parce qu'il s'agit d'un moment de convivialité où depuis 1995, les habitués n'hésitent pas à conseiller les nouveaux venus. L'idée du Centre de Perfectionnement et de Sécurité Routière de l'Aisne est de mettre à disposition de tous, les infrastructures du Circuit de Folembray afin que ces passionnés puissent évoluer en toute sécurité.
